Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and any future updates we may implement in accordance with Section 11 below.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

To access the Services, you must:

• Not have been previously banned or removed from the Services;

• Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Account Registration

4. Fees & Billing

Review our Billing Policy for details. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Billing Policy, these Terms shall prevail.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without permission;

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless attorneyattraction.com from all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on our Site. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Service Modifications

We may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

13. Disclaimers

14. Limitation of Liability

20. Performance Guarantee

If you do not close at least one transaction within 12 months of your Subscription Agreement, we will continue supporting you until you do, subject to:

• Running a campaign and daily ad budget approved by AttorneyAttraction.com;

• Our right to audit lead data and CRM activity;

• Our right to verify transactions, including contacting your brokerage if necessary.

Requests for this guarantee must be submitted to Client Care within 30 days of the subscription’s end.
