These disclosures and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes relating to these disclosures or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within British Columbia, Canada.
